For more tips on creating with the Candlelit Christmas collection, watch the tutorial at https://youtu.be/PJeFD_d3AiM.
Instructions: The finished card measures 6 inches by 6 inches. Cut the card base in a white card stock to 12 inches by 6 inches and score at 6 inches on the longer side. Fold to make a vertical top folding card. Cut a 6 x 6 inch piece of red pattern paper from Candlelit Christmas Collection and glue it to the card base. Cut another pattern paper a little smaller than the first mat layer and adhere. (Before pasting each of the papers, you can lightly distress the edges of these with a tool designed for this purpose or simply the blade of a scissor.)
Apply modeling paste through a Tim Holtz stencil to give snowflake effect. Let it dry.
Stamp the Christmas poinsettia flowers and holly leaves with black archival ink on white card stock. Color the petals with stampin' pad cherry cobbler. Cut with the coordinate die. Shape the flowers by using the 3D Shaping Mold and give further shape with Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit tools. Add stamens in the centre of the flowers. Put a little bit of glue on the flowers and dip them in the glitter to make them shine.
Color a chipboard with white gesso and then with vitrail pebeo (color chartreuse). Let it dry (it takes a day to be completely dry.) Glue it on the right corner of your card. (Before, put a cheesecloth and sewing thread under it). Paste over it the flowers you just made.
Cut a sentiment from the Candlelit Christmas Paper Collection. Lightly distress the edge of the paper and glue it with 3D foam square to another piece of paper a little bit larger. Glue it on the right corner.
You can also color with the vitrail pebeo the leaf you stamps and die with the Christmas poinsettia kit. Glue those leafs on the chipboard and under your flowers.
